Sheet wax is mainly used to simulate the thickness of metal forming mold, the thickness of resin transfer (RTM) forming mold or the uniform thickness between the two parts of any other mold.
The dimensional error of the thickness of the sheet wax is ± 0.001 inch, and the wax can be used with or without bonding adhesive.
Sheet wax has good durability, flexibility, ease of use, and moisture resistance. The color of the sheet wax is yellowish brown and translucent. The thermal stability temperature of sheet wax can reach 130 ℃.
