Polyurethane foam and imitation wood products display props Rapid prototyping Rapid mold Sculpture Reproduction of special props required for film and television Production of silicone vacuum bags Polytek A wide range of concrete mold manufacturing materials are available for selection to make your own concrete mold, template, texture and die pad. Through decades of research and development, Polytek is able to provide the most comprehensive selection of flexible mold materials for concrete casting applications.
-Polyurethane rubber silicone rubber
-Latex plastic adhesive (hot melt)
These systems can be used to produce various precast concrete products and have options for castability, brushing, and spraying.
Casting stone using PU mold rubber, liquid polyurethane or silicone rubber molding rubber. These mold rubbers can excellently replicate surface details, provide excellent dimensional stability, have an unparalleled service life, and have higher durability compared to hot melt and polypropylene systems. Polyurethane molds can be completed in a shorter time (about 16 hours demolding time) compared to latex rubber molds. If properly maintained, these molds will last for several years and produce thousands of stones.
Poly 74-29 (black) is commonly used in the production of brick veneer molds. The mixing ratio is 1A: 1B, the hardness is Shore A30, the operating time is 30 minutes, and the mixing viscosity is 2800 CPS
Poly 74-45 (yellow) pattern mold for medium biting edge
Mixing ratio 1A: 1B µ hardness Shore A45
Operating time: 30 minutes, mixed viscosity: 2500cps
FR60 (brown) is commonly used for pattern molds without biting edges
Mixing ratio 1A: 1B µ hardness Shore A60
Operating time 20min, mixed viscosity 2000cps
Poly 75-70(灰色)常用于硬质地面石材
Mixing ratio 1A: 1B µ hardness Shore A70
Operation time 40min, mixed viscosity 3000cps
Poly 75-80 (yellow) is commonly used for hard floor stones
Mixing ratio 2A: 1B µ hardness Shore A80
Operating time 45 minutes, mixed viscosity 5000 CPS
N/N1/N2/N3 (gray) three curing agents can adjust hardness
100:15/10/5 µ hardness Shore A4/50/600
35 minutes mixed viscosity 4000/4500/6000 CPS
Decorative surface material
Pour Polytek liquid rubber onto textured patterns (such as slate, bricks, pebbles, slate, etc.) to create reusable embossing tools and texture the surface to impart the desired texture to concrete floors, walls, or other surfaces. Concrete stamping is used to manufacture artificial stone walls, textured pool decks, sidewalks, terraces, lanes, stairs, countertops, etc
countertop
You can create the entire shape and texture of the countertop, or combine it with rigid forms to create individual countertop elements. These include sink inserts, decorative edge and decorative strips, drainage boards, etc
Background decoration
Stones, rock wall lining, fire pits, retaining wall blocks, pier wall covers, etc

Concrete: Hard coating
Polytek ® Polyurethane plastics can be used for hard coatings on hard surfaces, such as EPS foam, low-density machinable wood substitutes, MDF or wood. These two-component room temperature curing systems have two options: washable and sprayable. One or more layers of coating can be applied to create finished models or prefabricated forms for concrete casting. Cured plastics are easy to polish or machine.
EasyFlo Spray FR liquid plastic (gel time 5s, curing hardness D72)
The fast curing sprayable polyurethane system is used to hard coat hard surfaces (such as cut EPS foam, MDF or wood or low-density machinable wood substitutes). This thin, tough, and easy to polish coating can be applied in one or more layers. This is a flame-retardant product: UL-94 (V-0).
EasyFlo series liquid plastics and PolyFiber II
The plastic can be sprayed with a PlakPak spray gun.
For fast curing brush coated hard coatings, PolyFiber II thickener is added to EasyFlo series liquid plastics to give these low viscosity resins a brush coating thickness. Use EasyFlo 60 or EasyFlo 95 (slower version of gel) plastic.
Copying architectural patterns (vertical surface operation - painting or spraying)
polygel ® Series - After mixing these rubbers, they are easy to apply or spray, and are used to make thin layers of soft rubber for molds. The mixing ratio is 1:1, easy to operate, and the color can be adjusted according to needs. Good dimensional stability.
The layer thickness can be stacked. When making the next layer, ensure that the front thin layer has enough gel (usually about 1 hour). The ideal mold thin layer thickness is 1/8 to 3/8 inch.
Auxiliary application materials
Pol-Ease ® Mold Dressing PU Rubber Mold Protective Agent
A thin liquid that can protect molds exposed to solvents or petroleum based release agents and/or harsh casting materials (such as porous and absorbent materials).
Pol-Ease ® Mold Rinse is a concentrated solution that can reduce Polytek ® Surface bubbles on gypsum castings made from rubber molds. The mold should be immersed or sprayed with a portion of Pol Enzyme diluted with 10 parts of water ® Mold rinsing solution. When pouring plaster, the mold should be wetted.
PolyPurge Dry Aerosol Gas Aerosol
Before resealing the rubber component, spray PolyPurge into open polyurethane containers A and B to replace humid air and extend product life.
Pol-Ease ® 2601 Release Agent: A water-based and environmentally friendly release agent used for concrete or gypsum molded products, effectively extending the life of the mold.
DH-9719 release agent: paste release wax used for casting polyurethane rubber molds
