Polytek ® Polyurethane casting plastics, foam and rubber

Used for decorating items, parts, tools, and models, as well as creating lightweight and mold shells and mold core boxes with thin layer molds. It can imitate thermoplastic, glass, wood, stone, metal, and so on. It can be cast, painted or sprayed to adapt to casting products of various densities and sizes, with different viscosities, operating times, curing times and physical properties to meet the special needs of customers.

Mainly for prototype design, production and development, among which the poly PT Flex series polyurethane casting rubber is the most widely used, which is not only used in the production of rapid rubber prototype parts, but also commonly used in the production of rapid molds or fixtures.

EasyFlo Series - High strength polyurethane plastic parts; Low viscosity and easy to operate, can be demolded in minutes, can be vacuum molded or low-pressure poured. Can be colored, painted, and subjected to secondary processing. After curing, it turns into brown, white, clear amber, or transparent plastic parts; Metal powder can also be added to increase strength and achieve a metallic like appearance.
