We provide complete liquid mold rubber materials with different hardness levels; Plastic, resin, foam and other special shaped casting materials. These mold materials consist of two high-performance room temperature cured polyurethane rubber, silicone rubber, latex, and other special material systems, Polytek ® Rubber and plastic are widely used and easy to use, and can be accurately copied on concrete, plaster, resin, foam, wax and more original models. Artists, sculptors, business enthusiasts, model makers, and industrial users can all learn from Polytek ® The product receives technical support, accurately shapes and rapidly replicates prototypes, and is cost-effective.
Polytek ® 74 Series Polytek ® The most user-friendly and versatile mold rubber. These hardness ranges from relatively soft (A20) to medium hardness (A55) mold rubbers are popular in gypsum molding, ceramic master molds, concrete casting, and art casting factories. It can be cast or coated, and comes with matching additives.
Polytek ® 75 series - better strength (hardness ranging from A75-A90) mold rubber. Good dimensional stability, excellent wear resistance, and long service life. Mainly used for high demand, large-scale production of concrete casting, forming, and precise replication of texture molds, ultrasonic fixtures, etc. 190-25 can obtain different hardness (A80-A90) through different ratios to obtain a wider range of application choices.
Polytek ® 81 series - High strength rubber hardness A90 or D45, excellent toughness and wear resistance, can accurately replicate prototypes, Poly 81-D45 can be CNC machined after curing. Low viscosity is easy to operate and can adapt to different working environments. Commonly used for making molds, models, stamping tools, industrial accessories, rollers, washers, bumpers or pads, fixtures, etc
Considering the process requirements for rubber casting, such as vacuum equipment and mixing equipment, we can also carry out rubber casting operations on behalf of customers, and even assist customers in casting small quantities of rubber components.
